Dr. Bronner’s processes online orders exclusively through our website; phone orders are not accepted. Payments can be made using major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Applicable sales or use tax is collected on shipments to all states except Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon. For orders shipped to Alabama, a simplified seller’s use tax is applied on taxable items, which is remitted to the Alabama Department of Revenue under program account number SSU-R011228197. Orders exceeding $650 cannot be completed through the online store.

Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately to ensure timely fulfillment, so modifications or cancellations cannot be made after submission. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all items and details before completing their purchase.

For shipping within the continental United States, orders totaling $49 or more qualify for free shipping via FedEx SmartPost, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, where weight-based shipping rates apply. Free shipping applies to the post-discount order total. Customers should allow up to 10 business days for FedEx to pick up and update tracking information for these shipments, and deliveries are not made on weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. PST on weekdays, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the following business day. A signature is not required for delivery. Dr. Bronner’s does not ship to Canada, P.O. Boxes, freight forwarders, or military addresses (APO/FPO). International orders should be placed through authorized distributors.

Dr. Bronner’s offers a 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on personal care products purchased through drbronner.com or authorized U.S. sellers. This guarantee is only valid for original end-user purchasers and does not cover items bought from unauthorized sources or websites. To initiate a return or request a guarantee, customers must contact the Customer Experience team within 45 days of purchase, providing purchase details, proof of purchase, photos if available, and a reason for dissatisfaction. Approved returns should be mailed to Dr. Bronner’s Webstore Returns Department at 1335 Park Center Drive, Suite B-D, Vista, CA 92081. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds to original payment methods are processed within 10 business days upon receipt and verification of the return.

For products purchased from authorized third-party sellers, returns and refunds should be handled directly through the seller. Dr. Bronner’s reserves the right to verify information, request proof of purchase, and deny requests in cases of suspected fraud. The 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
